How Do I Get Started?


  • New To Crossfit?

    Come In For An Assessment Before You Jump Into Your First Workout. You’ll Need To Be Assessed By The Coaches On proper movement patterns to ensure proper set up.


  • Seasoned Crossfit Athlete?

    Show Us Your Membership Card To Another Box And Talk To A Coach To Be Considered Qualified To Bypass The Assessment Step.


  • Assessment

    We CARE and therefore need to Know If Participants Have The Foundation Of Form And Technique Before Jumping Into A WOD. Coaches Also Should Be Informed Of Any Injuries Or Limitations So Modifications Can Be Directed.
